Apple公開Grand Central Dispatch source code

上回才說到縱使Apple有Grand Central Dispatch，porting 到別的OS也沒有（http://mmustbefunny.blogspot.com/2009/09/mac-os-x6-multi-processor-programming.html），

因此得寫不同的程式...

Apple已經決定公開這程式了～

或許是想藉此拱成標準，

這就能省去porting的麻煩了...
